The Power Plant in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee is found on Route 10, north of Lavender Town. Unfortunately, the Power Plant is fairly secluded and players won’t be able to get to it without specific Secret Techniques that will help them reach it.

To get to the Power Plant in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, players need to make sure their Pikachu or Eevee knows Sky Dash or Sea Skim, the equivalent of Fly and Surf, respectively. Players can get their hands on Sky Dash first, so that’s the one we recommend they use to get to the Power Plant.

To get Sky Dash, players first need to make it to Celadon City. Speak to the man outside (the one standing next to the flying machine - he’s hard to miss) after going through Team Rocket’s headquarters, itself located in the Gaming Corner building. Once players have Sky Dash, they should head to the Pokemon Center that’s found north of the Power Plant and next to Rock Tunnel. They then need to use Sky Dash and travel down the waterway to their right, which will lead directly to the Power Plant.

The Power Plant is home to some rare Pokemon besides Zapdos, and also houses two Master Trainers. Master Trainers, for the uninitiated, are a group of 153 trainers that players can face off against in the endgame, after they’ve managed to defeat the Elite Four. Master Trainers specialize in a specific species of Pokemon, and players have to use that Pokemon in battle against them.

The two Master Trainers found in the Power Plant are Humphrey and Levi (Electabuzz and Voltorb), but again, the main reason to travel to the Power Plant is to catch the legendary bird Zapdos. Catching Zapdos isn’t easy, but with enough patience, players should be able to get the job done.

Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee is out now, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
