How to Get Black Augurite
Currently, there are three different ways to get the Black Augurite in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and unfortunately the Merit Point store isn’t one of them. Still, despite there being no guaranteed way to obtain Black Augurite in the wilds, there are some effective ways to get it.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus’ space-time distortion zones are a fantastic way to get a lot of rare items simply by walking into them, although trainers should pay attention to the very aggressive Pokemon that spawn there. Space-time distortion zones always have a plethora of Red, Green, and Blue Shards on the ground, but what players should look for are round-shaped items, as those are guaranteed to be something else - and potentially quite rare, such as the Linking Cord.
The second method to get the Black Augurite is to destroy all the shaking ores that players find in their journey across the Hisui region, as defeating the Geodudes and Gravelers that come out of them can award trainers with this item. Potentially, players can find a Black Augurite as early as the Obsidian Fieldlands, where Scyther also resides, making for a very easy and early Kleavor.
The third method is to ride Ursaluna, the second mount players get in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Ursaluna is not as fast as Wyrdeer, and it doesn’t have the ability to dash or jump, but it has a powerful sense of smell that allows it to find buried objects across the Crimson Mirelands and the game’s other regions. The items Ursaluna can find are many, and players have the chance of getting other rare items, such as Peat Block - Ursaluna’s very own evolution item.
Ideally, the best way to get the Black Augurite fast is to ride Ursaluna around the map, looking for buried items and shaking ores at the same time. This also increases the chance of space-time distortion zones to appear, as they only show up after around ten to fifteen minutes that players spend in a given area without heading back to Jubilife Village.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
