How to Start Double the Tails, Double the Fun
To start the Request from Netta in Jubilife Village, players will first need to see a Pokemon called Finneon. This Water-type Pokemon can only be spotted in Cobalt Coastlands, so players must progress through Missions until they unlock the water-focused biome. After seeing the Pokemon, the Request will open up in the village. Netta can be found in the southeastern corner of the village, walking near the fenced area that keeps the player’s stored Pokemon.

Pokemon With Two Tail Fins in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Netta from the Security Corps will mention that she’s seen a Pokemon in the wild that has two tail fins, and she wants players to bring it to her. This might be obvious for some Pokemon fans, but the Pokemon that she’s talking about is Finneon.
Since this Water-type Pokemon is fairly weak, it shouldn’t be too difficult to capture one. As for where to catch a Finneon, there is only one location in Pokemon Legends: Arceus where Finneon hangs out.
Finneon Location
Players can find Finneon on the water in Cobalt Coastlands’ Seagrass Haven area, or close to it at least. Seagrass Haven is in the northeastern section of the area, just southwest of Firespit Island.
Surf around on Basculegion until the Pokemon is located and go ahead and start tossing Poke Balls at it.
If Finneon becomes engaged, players can start a battle with it and weaken it until it’s ready to be caught. Upon bringing the Finneon to Netta, the Request will be completed, and she will reward players with one Star Piece.
Finneon Info
Finneon is a pure Water-type Pokemon that can evolve to Lumineon at level 31. Finneon’s favorite foods are beans and grains and they can only be found in Cobalt Coastlands.
Stats
Finneon and Lumineon are both weak to Electric and Grass-type moves. They are resistant to Fire, Water, Ice, and Steel.
