The Halloween event in Pokemon GO is beloved by fans and has made itself one of the premiere events in the game thanks to nostalgic changes to the in-game music, generous bonuses to catch candy, and increased spawns of Ghost-type Pokemon that tend to be rare during the rest of the year. This year’s event will once again be split into two parts and feature increased spawns of Ghost-, Poison-, and Dark-type Pokemon, as wel as the debut of the shiny variant of a popular Bat Pokemon.
