The biggest addition of the new Pokemon GO update is the Looming in the Shadows Special Research. This Special Research has Pokemon GO players once again doing battle with Team Rocket Grunts and purifying Shadow Pokemon. However, it also has players put together Rocket Radars, which is done using Mysterious Components. Mysterious Components themselves come from battling Team Rocket Grunts, so Pokemon GO players will have to do a lot of battling to complete the new Special Research....

In fact, Niantic added gender ratios for second generation Pokemon just one day before they were added to the game earlier this year, so gen 3 Pokemon could theoretically be added any day now. However, it’s possible Niantic is merely prepping Pokemon GO for a more significant update later on, and so fans shouldn’t get too excited just yet. Even if the bulk of third generation Pokemon aren’t added to the game until next year, there’s a great deal of evidence that suggests at least some new Pokemon are coming this month....

He was doing the aforementioned method in order to catch a shiny Mewtwo, which took him approximately 30 hours of spawn resetting. This also took a total of 1,765 resets before SUKnives encountered a shiny Mewtwo, but when the time to catch it came, SUKnives fell short on balls.
