In total. there are 890 Pokemon that must be collected, including “mythical” Pokemon that are limited to events only. Many Pokemon fans likely confused the Let’s Go titles for the main Pokemon RPG series due to the abundance of leaks and rumors over the past month. The Pokemon GO Community Day event for December will actually be split into two distinct days. On Saturday, December 18 from 11:00am to 5:00pm local time, Pokemon GO players can hope to find Fletchling, Gible, Machop, Roselia, Snivy, Swablu in the wild. Then on Sunday, December 19 from 11:00am to 5:00pm local time, Pokemon GO players will find Duskull, Eevee (which knows the move Last Resort), Oshawott, Shinx, and Tepig....

The data mine of the latest Pokémon GO update doesn’t have much to offer as far as juicy details, but it does include a reference to three Activities in the game. Two of them, “Feed Berry” and “Search Gym,” are intriguing but it is the third, “Defeat Raid Pokémon,” that has sent the fan base spinning. Since the word raids was tied to Pokémon GO, fans have wondered what that concept could involve, and now we have our first clue....

PokeMiners has uncovered new questlines, items, and relevant text regarding these additions that have been added to Pokemon GO. The context of what was added seems to point to some celebrations for the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl later this month as well as new additions to Community Day Pokemon and tasks. There also seems to be a change coming with Weather Boosted attacks, a new Special Lure box, and “Special Weekend” text for Sponsored Poke-Stops....

While Hanke didn’t reveal when Pokemon GO players can look forward to having PvP in the game, he did let slip a detail about how it will work. According to Hanke, PvP in Pokemon GO will be “one on one battles,” meaning players shouldn’t expect any team-based battles when PvP launches. It’s possible team battles could come to Pokemon GO some time after the initial 1v1 PvP mode is added to the game....
