The official Pokemon Let’s Go website has now been updated, confirming that the game’s Gyms will have requirements. That’s according to reports from Pokemon GO players across the globe who say that more EX Raid battle test invites are being sent out. In the United States, Mewtwo EX Raid battles are taking place at Starbucks-sponsored locations, Europe is hosting battles at Starbucks and at Unibail-Rodamco malls and Jio locations in Asia are also getting in on the EX Raid battle testing fun. Niantic has confirmed that starting from February 9, Pokemon GO players will be able to catch the legendary Pokemon Rayquaza. Rayquaza is a Dragon and Flying-type Pokemon that was the mascot legendary character for Pokemon Emerald (the last game in Gen 3 and a sibling game to Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire). The character will be available as a raid boss for a limited time, explains the developer, and players will be able to catch Rayquaza until March 16....

From the sounds of it, five more shiny versions of Pokemon were added to Pokemon GO for the event. Those five happen to be Aerodactyl, Kabuto, Kabutops, Omanyte, and Omastar.
