Ripley’s is now hosting a contest for gamers playing Pokemon GO who travel to any Ripley’s location. Players who discover rare Pokemon near the Ripley’s locations - many of which are PokeStops - can tweet in a photo of the captured Pokemon and enter a contest for a chance to win a daily prize of $100 and a grand prize of $5000. Ripley’s claims that the entrant who finds the rarest Pokemon in front of one of their locations will be rewarded $5000 at the end of the contest....

The Pokemon Company put out a new trailer for the game today, going over two other groups in the Hisui region called the Diamond Clan and the Pearl Clan. These two clans’ names pay homage to the original Diamond and Pearl games. It also went over some new characters that are the young leaders of these clans, named Adaman and Irida. While Pokemon Legends: Arceus players have been exploring the Hisui region as they catch, fight, and level up Pokemon, The Pokemon Company recently announced that Gen 9 titles, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, have been in development and are expected to release on the Switch at the end of the year.
